We are a factory-first modular interior company. We design and manufacture custom modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bar units, crockery units, study units, pooja units, shoe racks, and complete commercial fit-outs. Every unit is manufactured in-house at our DSIIDC Udyog Nagar factory and delivered to your doorstep ready to install.
Do you serve only New Delhi, or other cities too?

Our factory and studio are based in Udyog Nagar, New Delhi. We primarily serve Delhi NCR — including Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. For large projects or bulk orders, we also supply to other cities across North India. Contact us to discuss your specific location.
Do you provide interior design services, or only manufacturing?

We offer both. Our in-house design team creates 3D layouts and complete design plans as part of the consultation process. Once the design is approved, we manufacture everything in our own factory. You get a complete service — design, manufacture, deliver, and install.
Can I visit your factory and studio before placing an order?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Visiting our studio at G-9, DSIIDC Complex, Udyog Nagar lets you see finish samples, hardware, and actual cabinet quality in person. Our studio is open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Call ahead to schedule a convenient time.

Why is your pricing lower than other companies?

Because we are the manufacturer. Most modular furniture brands add multiple layers of margin — showroom costs, dealer commissions, distributor markups. As a factory, we eliminate all of those. You pay the actual cost of materials, manufacturing and installation — nothing more.
Do you provide a detailed itemised quote?

Yes. After the initial consultation and site visit, we prepare a detailed, itemised quote within 48 hours. The quote includes every module, finish, hardware item, and installation charge — no hidden costs.
What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment structure is 50% advance to confirm the order and begin production, 40% before dispatch from the factory, and 10% after installation completion. For commercial or bulk projects, we offer flexible terms — please discuss with our team at the time of quotation.
Is there a minimum order value?

There is no strict minimum order. We have manufactured single wardrobes for individual clients as well as complete interiors for 100+ unit housing projects. However, for very small orders (e.g. a single shutter), our standalone shutter manufacturing service may be more appropriate.

What board material do you use for the carcass?

We use BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) and BWP (Boiling Water Proof) grade plywood, as well as marine-grade boards for areas prone to moisture — like kitchen bases and sink cabinets. For bedrooms, we also offer pre-laminated particle board as a more economical option. All boards are ISI-certified.
What finishes do you offer for shutters?

We offer PU lacquer (matte, satin, gloss), acrylic high-gloss, duco paint, membrane press, HPL laminates, veneer, glass shutters (clear / frosted / tinted), and leather or fabric-wrapped shutters. PU lacquer is available in any custom colour. Our finishing chamber produces consistent, factory-grade results on every shutter.
What brands of hardware do you use?

We use hardware from Hettich, Hafele, and Blum — the three leading certified hardware brands. This covers hinges, drawer channels, lift-up mechanisms, pull-out accessories, and handles. Using certified hardware ensures smooth, long-lasting operation and access to genuine spare parts.
Can I choose a custom colour not available in your standard range?

Yes. For PU lacquer and duco finishes, we can match any custom colour using RAL codes, Pantone references, or even a physical colour chip you provide. There is no additional charge for custom colour matching on orders above a minimum size.

How long does the full process take from order to installation?

For a typical modular kitchen or wardrobe, the process takes 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation — including design finalisation (3–5 days), production (3–4 weeks), and installation (2–4 days). Complex projects or large orders may take 6–10 weeks. We provide a precise timeline at the time of quotation.
Do you handle delivery and installation yourselves?

Yes. Our trained installation team handles delivery and fitting. We don't outsource installation to third parties. Our carpenters are employed and trained by us, ensuring the same quality standard at installation as in manufacturing.
What happens if there is a delay in my project?

We take timelines seriously. If a delay occurs on our end for any reason, we proactively communicate it and provide a revised schedule. We've maintained on-time delivery on over 95% of our projects. Our production manager tracks every order against its committed date.
✦ After-Sales & Warranty
Do you provide a warranty on your products?

Yes. We provide a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects and a 1-year warranty on hardware (hinges, channels, mechanisms). The Hettich, Hafele, and Blum hardware we use also carries the manufacturer's own warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by our team — no third-party involvement.
What if a shutter or drawer is damaged after installation?

Contact us and we will arrange a site visit. Minor adjustments (hinge tightening, drawer re-alignment) are handled free of charge during the warranty period. For physical damage not caused by manufacturing defect, we can supply replacement parts or shutters at cost.
Can I order additional units or modules later to match my existing furniture?

Yes. We maintain records of every client's specifications, finishes, and materials. If you need to add a matching wardrobe, extend your kitchen, or replicate a unit in another room at a later date, we can manufacture it to match your original order exactly.
